Sheathing finished.

Remmi loves going to the new house to check things out! Up next is the roof trusses and sheathing for the roof. We are hunting for new lots to build on in Manhattan. We like the west side of town a lot and have a few on the short list.

Nothing makes it look more like a real house than the main floor walls going up.

 

Floor joists and subfloor in!

I didn't get the walls updated, but Thursday they finished the basement walls. 

The floor joists are in and the subfloor is installed! Tomorrow they will get the main floor walls up. Get excited for updates.
