Lot 113 - Stone Pointe Addition

For those of you familiar with the Manhattan area, the house is on Stone Crest Drive. In the map it's where the red arrow is. Out on scenic drive there is a lot of new development going on. Soon they will be breaking ground on a convenient store, city park, church and car wash just south of where our lot is in the Stone Pointe Addition.

Lot 113 - This is the google maps image obviously taken before the trees were all removed from the lot. The property lines are basically where the trees are at. A creek (natural drainage) runs along the west border of the lot. There is also a creek running along the north border. I'm calling them creeks, but it's trickling water most days.

This is the lot with trees cleared. Three days before we contacted Schulz Construction about purchasing a lot they had cleared the trees to try and sell the lot faster. Lucky us! The creeks/trees offer a lot of privacy for the home. There is only a neighbor directly to the east.
